Setting Up Work Order Email Notifications
You have the option to set up emails for work order notifications, however you are not required to send emails for every notification. The Work Order Dispatch board shows all work order notifications as they approach the date/time threshold in the Pending column and all work order notifications that crossed the date/time threshold in the Sent column.
