Setting Up Work Order Email Notifications

You have the option to set up emails for work order notifications, however you are not required to send emails for every notification. The Work Order Dispatch board shows all work order notifications as they approach the date/time threshold in the Pending column and all work order notifications that crossed the date/time threshold in the Sent column.

To set up notification emails

1	From the Work Order Notification screen, click the Send Email tab.

2	Click the new record icon and add a record for each contact that you want to receive e-mail messages from this notification.

The following Work Order Notification Send Email tab fields require explanation:

Email Template	The e-mail template you created for this type of notification.
Object Type	The object type you set for your e-mail contact, for example Property.
Type	Select Contact.
Role	Select the role you set up for your Work Order Dispatch Board contact.
